1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hello MyArea ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hello MyArea is a virtual nation simulation game where users can create virtual nations, travel between worlds, and interact with other users. The Service is provided by no geass inc. ("we", "us", "our").

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content

5. Virtual Items and Currency

Virtual items and currency in the Service have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual items at any time. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including logos, game assets, and software, are owned by no geass inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no geass inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
